Billing Question

Pogo is owned by EA.  As the parent company you can go to the website of EA and click on the help link there.  However their customer support is virtually useless these days.  If you were overcharged or charged for something you did not order or did not get what you paid for within the past 30 or 60 days, contact your bank because most banks and credit card companies offer consumer protection for 30 or 60 days depending on the bank.  Tell them how you were defrauded and ask them to remove the charges.

 

If you cannot get help with EA/Pogo or with your bank, file a complaint with your state attorney general, the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission.  Both the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau will allow you to file complaints online at no charge.
