I can imagine seeing a charge you were not aware was to be incurred must be very frustrating. Unfortunately, Pogo's Club renewal is an automatic charge when your subscription is about to expire, until you cancel this auto-renewal, remove your billing info on your Pogo profile, or the card is no longer valid.
The Pogo Support contact number we show here on Helpowl is 866-543-5435. However, this number is pretty much a maze of automated information which not everyone has the patience for
Therefore, email is likely your best method to contact Pogo. Unfortunately, the live chat option is only available when you are signed on to your Club Pogo Account.
Using the link Support via Chat and Email will take you to the support page, where you can contact Customer Support regarding your issue.
Please keep in mind, this charge was incurred over 6 months ago which lower the odds of receiving a refund from a website.
