Please Help Me. I Havent Been Able To Play Pucks Peak For Over 2 Months Now

why cant i play pogo,s game PUCKS PEAK? it says loading but i cannot get the game. it comes up an all YELLOW SCREEN. can you please help me??

There is a chat option available to speak with a live pogo rep, through the EA Games Website, which can be accessed at the following:

Once at the link:

Select Account Management as the topic and in the next box type in 'Can't get password sent to my email' and click Next

You should be at the Origin Log In Screen (Don't worry, this is where you want to be) and click on Cant access my account (under the log in window)
A Pop-up window should appear for you to fill in First and Last name and Email address, When filled in, click Next
The next page should ask "How would you like to contact us? Directly under this question you should see one of two options:
a) Live Chat - with the wait timeframe for the next available rep to speak with for assistance
b) Live Chat - Unavailable at the moment - click on the orange box anyways to wait for the next available rep. However, your wait time may be extensive.

The reason of "I can't access my account" is recommended for the purpose of contacting a Rep. you can advise of the actual game issue once in the chat session.

Please note: Customer Service is suppose to be 24 hours a day, however, it is unclear if this includes the chat option as well. If you are unable to chat with a rep, you may want to try again during the weekday during normal business hours. (8-5 PST)
