My 2009 Polaris Ranger 4x4 700 Efi Steering Is Hard To Turn All The Sudden.

Sounds like the mechanism is frozen up, or the spring is broken. I would try to get some WD-40 or similar lube in there if it's frozen. Open the hood or poke your head under the dash or something and see if you can look up into the area where the tilt mechanism is.
