Cancelled Room

I cancelled a reservation for a room in Canon AZ.  It has still not been deducted from my charge card - Room was cancelled in May for a June 3rd Reservation.

I Know the Answer!

You should call priceline customer service at 1-877-850-9658.  If you cancelled directly through the hotel, they may not have informed priceline of the bill change,or vice versa.

You don't say if you canceled it via the hotel, or via Priceline, and you also don't say if this was a Name Your Own Price room. Without that information, we can't answer the question. This is HelpOwl, not Priceline - we don't have access to your account information.
