Can You Have Someone Call Me Asap 402-210-1911 Melody Prescott, I Am Very Concer

I am concerned about my tickets for a June 6th flight. 94394991102. i called today because I had typed in Omaha when I purchased these tickets as my departure/return destination and was booked for Kansas city. I wanted Priceline to work with me and reiisue for the proper airport. Prior to calling I checked on line and knew pricline had tickets. The young man who answered my call said that nothing could be done because I inialed the reservation terms, I was not sure what he was referring to and told him that I did not know that priceline changed it to Kansas city untill after excepting the tickets. he said he could not do any thing but cancell the tickets and charge me $150.00 for that service. I said I wanted to talk to his supervisor because I knew there must be something that they could do because this was Priceline's mistake and that I buy tickets from them frequently and never have had problems before. He said do you want to cancell these tickets and I said no i want to exchange them. He said I can not do this for you, so do you want to cancell them and I said no he gave me a cancellation number and I insisted that he write on them thhat I did not want to cancell my tickets but wanted to exchange and I again insisted on talking to his manager. He then placed me on hold and transfered me. The lady on the line said she would check into this and placed me on hold. After she returned she seemed upset and stated that someone would be looking into this and call with a resolution on the next business day. I voiced my concerns because she said my ticket was cancelled and I still needed a ticket for the 6th of June. Then I requested a direct number that a live person would answer and she gave me 1800-259-2091. I called the number after I hung up because again I did not want to be without the tickets and Priceline offered tickets from Omaha. I was not concernned about the return destination and was will to extend that but my husband needed to be in NC on the 6th and all I got was Priceline's hotal recording. I will be in school monday and I am concerned that I will not be able to answer my phone. my husband can be reached at 402-210-1950
