How Do I Get Info On A Bid I Placed?
I placed a bid for airline tickets for a trip in December. I got no response from Priceline, no info on any definite ticket purchase - nothing, yet I have 4 large pending amounts on my bank account for airline fees, which keeps that money on hold and unavailable to me. I need to make travel arrangements, but am leary to proceed when I have no idea if these fees are going to be charged to me. There is NO live person to talk to at Priceline, and the automated system keeps asking for reservation details that I never got. What the ****?
