Not Accepting Aetna Ppo Insurance
Quest Diagnostic in Fresno, California, 7035 N. West Ave. Ste. 107, rejected covered of Aetna PPO and demanded cash up front. This happened yesterday Diagnostic headquarters said that this should not have happened. Because of this, my daughter, the patient, has had to cancel all of her doctors appointments and had to leave Quest in Fresno without having her blood work done. Her health is crucial and needed to have this done as soon as possible. I would like this issue to be rectified and or addressed in some way.

Hello, unfortunately HelpOwl is a separate company from Quest, so we can't access your account or do anything with your insurance. I would advise you to file a complaint with Quest, Aetna, and the Better Business Bureau, in the hopes that one of the three entities can bring some resolution to the matter.
