Insurance Update Online

My 84 year old mother- in law went to Quest today 6/25/19 and gave the wrong insurance card to the person at quest and was charged $20.00 when it should not have been , So I am trying to update on line but it asking for invoice # which we do not have all I have is a Easy pay statement with Requisition # 0237911, So I am trying to solve this issue but I am unable too! I have call the 1-800-842-1412 option #5 no help could not understand the person

Sorry for your problems--but as we're an independent help site, we have no access to her account. It seems from your question that your difficulty in resolving was just communication with one rep. If so, call back. If you encounter the same problem (unlikely), ask for a supervisor or perhaps a supervisor in the U.S. A last resort, which I can't believe will be necessary, is to use the corporate contact information at http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/Quest%20Diagnostics/Corporate%20Office.
