Elimination Of Quicken On-line

Will this affect Quicken users who use it on the computer, but don't go to the on-line site? I've had Quicken on my computer for years and use it to balance checking account and write checks. I have Verizon Fios and my computer is always on-line. I don't think I've ever clicked on on-line. I don't want to lose all my data and financial (bank and checking) records.
