How Do You Get Quicken 2011 To Send Email Invoices Via Office 2003 Outlook.

I was using Q2010 just fine...emailing invoices, etc.  then the update screwed up all accounts so I restarting 2011 with the Q2011 version.  NOW when I try to email messages, I get a MAIL SEND FAILED message.  Sandeep of Quicken's brilliant customer support group in the Far East, told me I would have to use Office 2007 Outlook Express to send invoices ....NO WHERE in their documentation does it say this or I would not have purchased the program.  Now I can't go back to 2010....How can I get the emails to send via Outlook 2003??
