Can't Reinstall Can't Go To Website

I had 2002 quicken version. I downloaded 2004 to convert my files. I purchased 2012 downloaded it and realized I still had some files to convert. Re downloaded 2004 then re installed 2012. computer shows error Tax.scd and fidir.txt missing. When I try to go to quicken.intuit.com, it sends me to ha.quicken.intuit.com and won't let me go to the website to reinistall the quicken program
