I Need To Return A Book, Do I Need A Return Label

I received the Select Editions of Reader's Digest, I did not open the box, but I accepted the book and removed the statement letter off the front I wish to cancel the subscription and want to return the book. How do I get a return label?

How can I return a product?

We guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within thirty (30) days and your money will be refunded or the product will be replaced.

All you have to do is write “return to sender” on the original packaging (making sure that your name, address and account number are included) and drop it into your local mailbox.

If you no longer have the carton, you may send the product to:

Reader’s Digest
300 Orenda Rd. E.
Brampton, ON L6T 1G2

Kindly include your name, address and account number and we will credit your file upon receipt. We would also suggest that you obtain a postal receipt for your own records.

Our mailings are prepared in advance and you should therefore allow about 3 weeks from the time we receive the product at our warehouse for your return to be processed.
