How Can I Download My Playlist To My Computer So I Can Play The Music Offline?

I followed the HELP screen that states when a song is playing you click on the + sign and in the dropdown box you should see DOWNLOAD...It is not there. All I see is Add to Library...Add to PlayList...etc.
