Transfer Service From One Phone To Another

I am currently enrolled in your program and am using an old tracfone. My phone quit working...wont even power on . I found another tracfone to use but it seems as though there are some problems with me transfering my service from one phone to another. Thay are both tracfones. So why the delay and technical issues with transfering my service.I am very upset about this and very unhappy. All I have been given from yall is the run around or im getting hung up on. This is ridiculous and very unproffesional. Please fix this issue for me ASAP please and get my transfer on my new phone.
