Microwave Not Functioning - Nothing Happens When Plugged In

I normally keep my microwave unplugged when not in use. I used it one day and when I went to use it the next day, I plugged it in and nothing happened. The time did not appear like normal, when I opened the door the light did not go on, etc. I carried the microwave around to different outlets in my house to see if it might be the outlet it is normally plugged into. None of the outlets I tried - at least 4 different outlets that I know are on different breakers - worked. Please advise ASAP if there is anything I can do to correct this issue. Thanks!
