In The Good Old Days, You Broke A Craftsman Wrench, You Go To Sears And They Gav

In the good old days, you broke a Craftsman wrench, you go to Sears and they gave you another one. With a smile!I have a 3/8 ratchet wrench with broken gears (funny my oldest craftsman tools are just fine, its the newest ones that brake all the time). When I took it to my local Sears they said they do not replace them anymore but would fix it (as I recall Crafts man tools were life time replacement). Well after waiting 30 minutes they said they do not have the tools to repair it. The quality of your tools has declined so much that they are no longer a value, Harbor Frieght are half the price. It's to bad that the Sears brand now stands for "over priced low quality tools" I broke a large socket from Harbor Freight. I walked in and they gave me another one. With a smile!
