Why Do Craftsman Tools Need Continous Repair?
I bought a Craftsman weed wacker a couple of years ago. I purchased this tool based on the reputation that had been established over years of purchasing and using these products. I am currently extremely frustrated that the tool which I have has had the starter chord replaced twice and has just snapped again. The extended warranty which I purchased has,of course, expired. I am looking at buying a Toro, Weed Wacker, Stihl or other brand because of this situation.
