No Sound On My Tv

My Sharp LC-32SB220U has lost all sound after moving it to a new apartment. I'm guessing something came loose during the move, but I'm not sure. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have an idea on how to fix it?

I searched the Sharp service site and there is a soft/firmware upgrade that addresses audio issues with some analog channels. This upgrade came out several years ago, so I doubt it's the issue. You should try DVD's, VCR's, game consoles, and all channels to see that it's not just on some channels only. If you find some channels work or some inputs then ask another question with the updated findings. If everything is the same then a trip to the shop might be needed. Manytime they can do a factory reset on the counter while you wait to see if you have something strange in your settings or if it's an actual failure.
