Skype Says I Am Infected With Malware Wants Me To Download Patch Is Is Legit?

I was told to go to http://www.updatepg.org/ to download patch to get rid of malware infection....is it real?

No, Skype has no built-in antivirus capabilities and therefore cannot detect malware. DO NOT download this 'patch'. It's most likely a virus. I would run your own virus scan if you have antivirus software installed. If you do not have antivirus software, you can download Avira. It's free and effective. Download found here.
