Spirit Airline Lost My Luggage. Help

Spirit Airline lost my luggage on Dec 29 I check 2 pieces, going to Las Vegas,nv. I had a stop at the Chicago Airport.  I made a report with Las vegas, call over a week to all the stops.  They said it cannot be found, and to make a  report to Fl.  Is there anything else I can do?  Should I get a Attonery?
