Can I Upgrade Without Penalty?

My birthday is coming up and I would really like to get an iphone, but we recentlu upgraded our phones and our next upgrade isn't due until 1/14. Is there any way I can switch my old phone for an iphone without paying extra fees and high prices? Thanks, Mary Howlin

Talk to customer service and explain your situation, be friendly and courteous, and I am sure they will find a solution for you, after all birthdays are special, they may extend your contract date; remember they are about making a customer happy and a good customer service agent will do that.

Hello,

I would follow what Washjo said but have to quick edit that you will need to wait the dates or call the customer service and see what they can do.

You might get a Early Upgrade fee.
