Lg Octane - No Service

Hello, I pluged the charger for my Octane into my computer, and downloaded the LGMobile Update program it downloaded the information on my Octane to the program on my Toshiba computer. After the information was finished downloading, I clicked "Update Device" just to ake sure everything was fine on the phone. Then, it downloaded everything again and then it said "Time Remaining" (just like I was doing it for the first time) but then I closed it by clicked the red "x" (because I got tired of waiting) and then it says "Service Required" on my Octane. I try to open the LGMobile program again, and it doesn't load. Even as I'm typing to you its still not finished loading, its been over 20 minutes since I opened the program and started loading. I'm afraid that I won't get service available for my phone. I hope you can email me the solution. A Verizon Customer,Saurabh Sinha
