Tony, the first thing that you must do is to stop putting your information - even your email address out there.

Next set up another back up email account - you'll need it for several reasons.

Then contact Yahoo Support to work through the current problem: https://edit.yahoo.com/forgotroot

Lastly, I suggest you read this really excellent article about hacked-hijacked email accounts even if that is not the problem you are currently having: http://www.switched.com/2011/02/24/what-to-do-email-account-hacked/

Always make sure that you don't have the caps lock on when entering your information to log on.
