Why After Closing Case They Said I Was Getting A Refund On Fees

#160873988394 sold on Aug 28-12 closed case Sept -8-12 it hasnt been 36 days only a few and they said i will not get refund on this transaction. Why?

You would have to ask the Resolution Center. There should have a been a reason stated in the email you received notifying you about the case closing?
