got the equipment yesterday 130pm from ups, self install at 8pm as per instruction, installation did not work, called tech support, still not working,he schedule a technician on the 17th of august at $99.00 installation fee. called 14 x today from 810am to 3pm, at the 14 call got answer, transferred my call to different station, unfortunately after holding on 4rt transfer, they just shot out the line, is that a superior service. called again 830 tonight on 18002882020 as i write this message, lost my patience on being put on hold for a while. i wanted to know on how i can have this equipment be operational, i place back all the equipment in the box in case i have to ship it back. you can call me on my cell att 630-532-7484, i want to enjoy that superior att service, thanks, carlos ybanez
