My Residential Gateway Modem Continues To Shut Off After Rebooting?
We've had a major thunder/lightning storm pass thru which was causing our u verse signal to be lost. It would eventually come back on - but after several tiimes of losing the signal we rebooted our residential gateway modem. It worked for a little while - then stopped. We would reboot the system - everything would look normal until it completed booted - all lights were on and it just shuts off. The battery pack is blinking low battery - could this be the problem?
