I Want To Know On How Can I File A Refund For An Unused Airline Ticket?
i booked for a flight to dayton Ohio for two adults and one senior on 5/18/12 to attend for a funeral of my uncle but on the day of our departure my aunt has to cancel her flight with us cause another emergency came up. my aunt's sister inlaw past away the night before our flight. is she entitled for a refund on her airline ticket? please advice of what waction to take. thank you.
