Why Can't I Sign Into My Account No Matter What I Do?
My VISA credit card was billed for $15.00 plus without my knowledge. I unsubscribed from Classmates, i.e. Memory Lane quite sometime ago! I am unemployed & unable to afford this! Please check your records. I have tried everything to access my account, even though I cancelled it, but all I get is that you cannot find enough information on me to locate my account! You certainly do have enough info to debit my VISA card!! I need that money put back on my card ASAP!
