Yes I Have Always Been Asked Before You Charged Me Why Not Now?

yes i signed up 2 times and agreed to each one at separate times but i did not ask this time i was`nt notified until you caused my checking account to go in the negative  balance i never have money at the end of any month. i never signed up for reoccuring charges i was actually wanting to cancel. if you look i have`nt used your service for quite some time i want a refund if you check back you1ll see that i only singed up 2 times paid both at 2 different times!i want it cancelled immediately and my refund!!!! i was very happy with this sight before now why did this happen as i have been with you for a short while and this never happened before.                       Sincerely yours,               Kelley Cordrey

Yours is one of a great many similar complaints about this company; sorry for your problems. To cancel, follow the instructions at:

This should stop future charges but may or may not affect outstanding charges.   Classmates does not offer phone support. You can write the company with this form or by snailmail to:

If necessary, dispute the charges with your card provider. I urge you also to complain to the Washington Office of the Attorney General at 800-551-4636, or at http://www.atg.wa.gov/.
