Seat Assigned

I recently purchased tickets online with a new website that was recommended to me,vayama they asked for all the usual information except the seating assignment, this flight is for my husband,he would prefer aisle seats as he takes medicine and has to go to the bathroom frequently, can you help me with this problem?
