I'm Due A Refund From A Ticket I Purchased Last 8/2011.how Do I Retrieve It Now.

You can use the Requesting a Refund page at United to begin the process. If you already did begin the process with Continental, you can check the status of that refund or try to resubmit; but frankly, the time has expired to get that refund unless there are extenuating circumstances.
Other ways to initiate or follow up on the process are by email, fax and snail mail:
