How Do You Get A Blue Screen Off Of My Tv Thats Checking My Disk On My Tv.

The Blue Colored Screen Won't Go Off And It Has Been On And I Have Done Everything That I've Been Told To Do And I Still Can't Don't Get Anything Do You Think I Will Need A New One.

Hi, if you've done everything DirecTV told you to try and the blue screen still won't clear or go away, then it sounds like you'll more than likely need a new receiver.
