Dish Network Keeps Trying To Start Up

The dish network just shuts it'self off and keeps trying to start up.. I have checked all connections and re-started with a wall unplug, this is not fixing my problem

Hi Cheri Torres with DISH Network Customer Service here. It sounds like your receiver is experiencing a power failure. If you have already tried performing a hard reset by unplugging the receiver for ten seconds from the wall outlet the next step to try is plugging the receiver into a different wall outlet. If the receiver does not reach a different outlet you may need to try using an extension cord to do so. If this option does not work you are probably going to need a replacement receiver.
