Lying On The Reports About Service

How do I handle false information and lies on a service report? I took my car into a Firestone in El Dorado Hills California and they messed up on the transmission seal service and lied about what they told me in the service report. This is a serious issue because they told me the car was driveable when it wasn't and then lied on the report.BTW, if your link to customer service sends you to a page that is 'not available' it is in poor taste to advertise your specials and coupons on that page.

I've had a very similar problem with my local Firestone . In my case I retaliated with an account on review site Yelp, after which I got an apology from the manager. (The only damage in my case was that had I proceeded with the requested work I would have received a price lower than both Firestone's real price and the price I paid elsewhere.) So my first action would be to take up the matter with the local manager.
