Can I Set The Printer To Print The Current Date On Each Document? How?

That won't be an option in the printer settings. It would depend on the program you're printing from. Most web browsers will do that when printing from them. If you're printing a document you could add the date at the bottom of each page. Like I said, depends on the program.
