Hotmail Has Always Stated That It Will Never Ask For Personal Information, Yet I

Hotmail has always stated that it will NEVER ask for personal information, yet Hotmail has demanded personal information and now has given me a flat 24 hours before my account will be closed permanently. Is Hotmail now demanding personal information? [email protected] 540 309 1422 Since I do not trust the e-mails from ??Hotmail??
