Set Up Freeze Onkyo

hey their my name is rob and i just recently just bought 1 of the onkyo sr 575,after i do the sound test for the speakers it passes that but when it say's pull out mic i do that and try to go to the next step but its like it freezes at that point any chance you could tell me what the problem is please.cheers:=)
