The Battery Doesn't Hold Charge!!

I got a new product, but when I unboxed it and tried to charge it, it went from 10% to 100% within a minute of plugging in the charging cable. When I connected to my phone and played music, within one minute it went down from 100% to 40% then 10% and it went off completely.I tried to recharge and it behaved the same way. This time from 0% to 100% in less than a minute of charge. From red light to blue light in less than a minute of chrging.Looks like it doesn't hold the charge. or it partially charges. I'm confused about how to fix this.Help [email protected]
