Optoma X313 Power Led Flashes Then 'lamp' Led Flashes

HiMy optoma x313 dlp projector has started doing something strangeWhilst watching a movie the other day, i got up and poured myself a glass of milk, uppon my return to the living room, i noticed the movie was still playing (from my pc) but the projector was not showing any image.I unpluged it because it would not power off with the remote or by pressing the power button on the actual projector. Everytime i plug it back in, it powers on by itself and the power led (green) flashes for about 3 or 4 minutes (146 times) then i hear an aditional fan comes on and the green power led turns red and is met with the red led that says "lamp"The lamp was not even past 7000hrs.Does this mean the lamp has blown? The local tv repair shop recons the mainboard has gone. Is there any test i can do to determine the problem?Riaa

Please re-seat the lamp in the lamp cavity and make sure the lamp door is closed and secured with the screw.

Thanks
