What can I do to persuade Intuit to download the program without having to pay for it again?

Greetings. Access a computer that has a Rom > insert the disc > cancel any Auto-run > navigate to Start - My Computer - right click Quicken under the CD drive and select Explore, copy all content from the subsequent page onto a USB drive/device. Access Quicken from there on your laptop for installation.
