Can't Play The Music I Paid For.
this month I elected not to renew. Your upgrade options say " not at this time" over and over again. And I can't play the music I paid for?I want to play the music I paid for.

Try removing Rhapsody and re-add it to your system again. If it didn't work, please try to remove it again and then restart your router and any products wired to it (by unplugging the power cable for 10 seconds), then add the service again. if still nothing Click here to email us and get a fast response anytime.
