You first need to determine if it is your internet, or your Skype account.  If possible, hook your computer up to a different internet connection and see if skype loads up.  If it does, you internet has rejected Skpye for whatever reason and you should call them.  If skype still does not work on a separate internet connection, then you need to fix your Skype account for sign up for a new one.

Here is the thing According to my study I have found that UDP protocol (on which skype works) are been rejected after couple of min of your skype call. What happens is reliance allows outgoing udp packets but rejects incomming udp packets. So short and sweet answer change your internet service provider. They are doing this to reduce the traffic from their network. Rediculious right :)
