ON 09/10/11 I PURCHASED 2 TKS. AS MY BROTHER WAS DYING. MY TICKETS WERE FOR 09/11/11 AT 0600 OUT OF PHILA. TO MOLINE, IL. WHEN BUYING TKS. MY BROTHER WAS STILL ALIVE, 2 HRS. LATER HE PASSED AWAY. I WAS ADVISED BY THE TK. AGENT TO SEND IN FOR A DISCOUNT ON MY TKS. I DID BRING A COPY OF DEATH CERTIFICATE HOME WITH ME. WOULD YOU PLEASE ADVISE WHAT ARE MY NEXT STEPS AND TO WHOM DO I TAKE THIS INFO? THANK YOU MUCH JULIANN DERWIN
