Charged $50.00 For Carry On Bag

My daughter has worked for United/Continental airlines for 35 years and I fly space available.  On March 20th I flew from Tampa to Houston.  I put my Credit card in for check in, I was charged $50.00 for my bag that I carried on.  I know this was a mistake and just learned about it when I received my Credit card bill.  How do I get my money refunded z/

Here is information for American Airlines refunds.  Your situation definitely sounds like you were billed in error.
