No Access
I am a long term customer of Classmates. While your website says you answer the phone until 5pm PST, no one is there now, 4:35PST. Why?
I am trying to retreive my password, I follow the procedure, wait for the email, but it never comes. Probably due to your merger with Memory whtever.
I am really pissed. This is a heckuva way to treat a customer.

Sorry you've had trouble. Unless the acquisition by Memory Lane has changed things, the parent company of Classmates is United Online, which you can call at 818-287-3000. You can also write it at 21301 Burbank Bl., Woodland Hills, CA 91367.
