Why Is The Program Times In My Guide 1 Hour Behind The Actual Time?

My program guide is one hour off. This just started--how do I fix it?

If the guide is one hour behind on all channels, there are a few things to try.

Try re-downloading the program guide through a reset or by running a check switch from Menu -> System Setup -> Installation -> Point Dish -> Check Switch -> Test.

If it's still showing one hour behind verify the software of your receiver. Send that to me at [email protected] along with the receiver model and I can check into it further.
