Why Doese Hotmail Lock Me Out Of My E-mail From Time To Time.

Why dose hotmail.com lock me out of my e-mail from time to time, then force me to struggle with typing in letters that I can't always decipher. The hassle is taking the pleasure out of dealing with Hotmail.com. I need to get into my very important business account and personal account. I have been with hotmail.com for over 11 years now and the service has gotten worse.
