Free Skype

When I try to make a FREE skype call, I get a message that says I do not have enough credit. What is the status of FREE skype. I stalled Skype & Logitech C910 webcam. My test call works fine. but I cannot make telephone calls

Only calls from one skype device to another are free. To call actual phone numbers, you have to purchase credit...they are not free.
