Ms Fitgerald, for your own protection be careful of putting too much information onto the public forum at HelpOwl rather than communicating directly with United Airlines. As soon as you call or arrange to have a paper ticket sent by United, you incur an additional change.

An eTicket is just that, one that is handled online at the airline website or sent by email and can be printed.

Perhaps a friend or neighbor could let you pull up your account at United and print the ticket/boarding pass there using this link. If not, you can always check in when you reach the airport for your flight.

You can call Reservations at United to ask them about your particular situation. 1-800-864-8331 but your wait will be long for the same information.

United has several options available for customers to get their boarding passes during the check-in process.

You can go paperless with our Mobile Boarding Pass option,
print your boarding pass from your personal computer,
have it faxed to you
or even print them at an airport kiosk - simply have your information written and ready to enter
